Scope

These terms apply to the cybersecurity, consulting, assessment, training and research services provided by ISKRA Protect. The specific scope of services is agreed individually with each client.

Services

Our services may include security assessments, penetration testing, red team operations, social engineering simulations, cyber threat intelligence, risk assessments, security consulting, training, workshops and research services.

Authorization of Security Testing

Security assessments and attack simulations are conducted exclusively on the basis of explicit authorization and prior approval from the client.

Confidentiality

Both parties shall treat confidential information obtained in the course of cooperation as confidential and use it exclusively for the agreed purposes.

Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law and any individually agreed contractual terms.

Intellectual Property

Rights to reports, analyses, concepts and other deliverables are determined by the respective agreement with the client.

Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent permitted by law.
